Bec Winnel’s a self-taught Australian artist who creates delicately soft portraits. Using layers of color pencils, graphite, and pastels, her work has a vintage Victorian style. The souls of her subjects seem to be anchored in melancholy while being wrapped in an ethereal beauty.
